This is a rare pot as it has very ornate decoration on the outside, which is unusual. So it would have originally been used by a wealthy family in a large Country House in the Aegean Region of Turkey.
Originally made to store grain.
Approx 150 to 160 years old.
This Pot would make a beautiful feature inside the house or conservatory. Or it can be featured in the garden during the Summer months.
