Where can I buy your products?

You can buy our products direct from us by visiting us by appointment in Titchfield, Hampshire PO14 4PB. Also, most of our products are available to buy online at our Artisan Cabin Shops on Amazon and Ebay. We accept all Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, Paypal or payment in cash if you are going to collect your products from us. We offer delivery to anywhere in Mainland UK for an additional charge.

Are your new Cretan Pots Frost Proof?

Our new Cretan Pots are fired to ultra high temperatures of 1200 degrees centigrade. The higher the firing temperature, the more frost proof terracotta pots are. Regular pots which you can buy in Garden Centres are usually fired to about 600 degrees. So yes, absolutely, our Cretan Pots are Guaranteed Frost Proof.

Are your antique pots frost resistant for outside use?

Because our antique storage pots are between 80 and 200 years old and are from warmer, milder climates, they are generally not resistant to frost when they are left outside in the winter, filled with earth and plants. Most of our antique pots are purchased for use as feature items in the home in conservatories, hallways and lounges. Or for hotels and restaurants. But if you wish to use them outdoors, they should be taken into a greenhouse, garage or shed during the winter months. However, all our new Cretian Terracotta Pots are guaranteed to be frost-proof for outside use.

Do your new pots have a drainage hole in the bottom?

Yes, all our new Cretan Pots have a drainage hole in the bottom. The only exception are our shallow Alpine Planters, which do not need a drainage hole.

Do your pots need any protection for outside use?

All our new Cretan Pots are ready to be planted up and used outside. The pots do not need to be treated in any way before being used.

Can you deliver products to us or do we need to collect them from you?

You are most welcome to view our range of pots by appointment. You can collect your pot directly from us or we can arrange delivery to anywhere in the Mainland UK for an additional charge. Please contact if you would like to discuss delivery options. WE OFFER FREE LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF OUR PREMISES AT TITCHFIELD, HAMPSHIRE.

Do you accept returns for a refund?

Of course, if your product is damaged during transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to replace it or to arrange a full refund. We will cover the costs of return and redelivery. If you change your mind about a purchase, we will be happy to refund you, but the cost of returning the product to us will be at your expense.
